That's Me: Eloise!
Kay Thompson and Hilary Knight's Eloise has delighted readers for more than fifty years. Her whimsical nature and impish antics have charmed the hearts of millions around the globe. The inner child of every adult can identify with the precocious six-year-old who happily accepts a silver platter boasting the world.
The upcoming exhibition slated for 2009 - 2010 will feature approximately 50 illustrations from the original Eloise books including Eloise Goes to Paris, Eloise Goes to Moscow , and Eloise Takes a Bawth. Also showcased are rarely seen illustrations from the first-edition books and scrapbook.
